Accessibility statement

Our commitment to making this site, and CollectivAlly itself, accessible to everyone.

This statement applies to the CollectivAlly website at collectivally.com and to the CollectivAlly platform. It explains the standard we aim to meet, what we have done so far, and how to tell us about problems you encounter.

CollectivAlly is an inclusive user-research platform. Accessibility is central to what we make, and we take it personally when our own site isn't as accessible as we would like it to be. We are committed to continuous improvement.

1. The standard we aim to meet

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. WCAG is the international technical standard for web accessibility, and Level AA is widely recognised as the legal minimum for most websites and digital services in the UK and the EU.

2. Conformance status

The CollectivAlly website and platform partially conform with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. "Partially conforms" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the standard.

We are honest about this: any team building a new digital service should be cautious about claiming full conformance without an independent audit, and we have not yet completed one. We do plan to commission one.

3. What we have done so far

We design and build with accessibility in mind from the start. So far we have:

4. Known limitations

We know that the site is not yet perfect. The areas we are currently aware of, or actively working on, include:

If you spot something we have missed, please tell us using the contact details below.

5. Assistive technologies we support

The site is built to work with assistive technologies, including:

We test most regularly with NVDA and VoiceOver on the latest versions of Chrome, Safari and Firefox.

6. How to report an accessibility problem

If you find an accessibility barrier on this site, or in the CollectivAlly platform, please tell us. We take all reports seriously and will respond as quickly as we can.

When you contact us, it helps if you can tell us:

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 working days and to give you a substantive response within 10 working days.

7. Enforcement procedure

The Equality Act 2010 (and, in Northern Ireland, the Disability Discrimination Act 1995) makes it unlawful for service providers to treat disabled people unfavourably. If you are unhappy with how we respond to your complaint, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).

8. How we tested this site

This statement is based on testing carried out by the CollectivAlly team. We used a combination of:

An independent third-party accessibility audit is being arranged and will be carried out shortly. We will update this statement with the auditor's name, the date of the audit and a summary of findings as soon as it is complete.

9. Preparation of this statement

This statement was last reviewed on 19 May 2026. We review it whenever significant changes are made to the site or platform, and at least every 12 months.
