Pricing Philosophy
No usage tax on empathy
Most accessibility tools charge based on pages scanned, traffic volume, or the number of automated checks they run. Those models make sense for compliance tools. But CollectivAlly is not a compliance tool.
CollectivAlly is designed to support thinking, discussion, and decision-making. The kind of work that gets better the more often you do it, the more people are involved in it, and the more freely you can explore without worrying about a bill at the end.
That's why we don't charge per page, per scan, or per report. Our pricing scales with the size of your team and the scope of your work, not with how curious you are.
Reasonable Use
Generous by design
All CollectivAlly plans include AI usage designed for normal, everyday exploration, collaboration, and decision-making. There are no hard caps for standard use, no per-page or per-scan fees, and no penalties for using the platform the way it was intended.
We monitor only for extreme or automated behaviour that falls outside normal use. If anything ever looks unusual, we'll have a conversation before we do anything else.

Does CollectivAlly replace our existing accessibility tools?
No, and it's not designed to. CollectivAlly sits alongside your existing tools and brings the human perspective that automated checkers can't provide. Most teams use it in addition to, not instead of, their current process.
