No tax on empathy
Pricing shapes behaviour. We want Collectivally to encourage exploration and inclusive thinking, not make you ration which perspectives you use. So all eight personas and the full product are included on every plan.
You pay for persona journeys: one persona completing one user journey. Choose any combination of personas for each test, and use your monthly allowance however suits your work.
Rather than holding back features or personas, plans grow with the things that naturally increase as Collectivally becomes part of how you work: the number of persona journeys, the people using it, and the tests you can run at the same time.

Room to explore
Starter includes 80 persona journeys a month, enough for 10 full tests with all eight personas, and Team includes 400. Spend them however you like: one persona across many journeys, or all eight on a few. Unused persona journeys don't roll over, so choose the plan that matches how often you'll test, and change it in the app as your needs grow.
Plans are for people using Collectivally directly, not automated tools or scripts. If anything ever looks unusual, we'll have a conversation before we do anything else.

What is a persona journey?
One persona completing one user journey on your site or service, such as finding a course and starting an application. Test a journey with three personas and that uses three persona journeys; test it with all eight and it uses eight. Your monthly allowance is shared across all your work, so you can mix personas however suits you.

How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 3 free persona journeys, so you can see Collectivally working on your own site before choosing a plan. When you've used them, pick the plan that suits you to keep going.

What happens to persona journeys I don't use?
They don't roll over, so it's worth choosing the plan that matches how often you'll test. You can change your plan in the app as your needs change.

Can I buy extra persona journeys?
Not at the moment. If you outgrow the Team plan, get in touch and we'll set up a custom plan with a larger allowance.

Does Collectivally replace our existing accessibility tools?
No, and it's not designed to. Collectivally sits alongside your existing tools and brings research-informed perspectives that automated checkers can't provide. Most teams use it in addition to, not instead of, their current process.
